1. Our Role as an Intermediary

Travio is a booking marketplace and aggregator. We connect travelers with independent hotel partners. We do not own, manage, or operate any of the accommodations listed on this platform. The final service contract is strictly between you (the guest) and the hotel.

2. User Obligations

By using this platform, you agree that:

• You will provide accurate information during the booking inquiry process.
• You will abide by the specific rules, check-in policies, and behavior guidelines set by the hotel partner upon arrival.
• You are responsible for paying the full booking amount as communicated via our official WhatsApp support channel.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on Travio are inclusive of the base room tariff and our agency's service/facilitation fees. Final booking confirmation occurs only after payment details are settled via our official WhatsApp channel.

4. Liability

Travio India Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, service failures, injuries, or disputes arising during your stay at the hotel. Any disputes regarding the physical condition of the room must be resolved directly with the hotel management.
